Great Maintenance
I been here for awhile and any maintenance issue I have is always taken care of by Dandy. He has outstanding character and it shows in his work ethic. He works mainly by himself and never is in a bad mood. I appreciate him greatly for everything he has done, taking care of this beautiful property. LOL I hope he never leaves.

my time at Legacy has been nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the incredible staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to call home. Kudos to the team for making my rental experience delightful! Thank you, Dan and the nice laddy in the back office , and specia thanks for Tiana for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. You have truly set the bar high for excellence in property management!

Tania Tigre
Tania Tigre, the assistant community manager, is the most helpful, patient, and thoughtful person we have ever met. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She works like she has a share in the company. We kept her after her working hours to finish our paperwork and she had no problem with that and she stayed late to finalize everything. She is an addition to your legacy guys.

Ed, maintenance personnel for Legacy at Tech Center observed my truck tailgate opened and secured it! I appreciated his action and contacted Management to thank him! It is refreshing to know that there are concerned citizens and a community that looks after one another! Thanks again Ed! T.Lucas

Christina made finding a new place super easy. I never once had to go to the office to sign anything. She would email me all the documents to sign. I am renting with my son and a friend, and all 3 of us did everything online! It was awesome. Christina always answered any questions that I had promptly, and she is super friendly! Even if I have maintenance issues when I move in, I already know that calling the office will be a pleasure because they are super nice! We are super excited about moving in. Christina is the best!

Top of the line service. Maintanence is always very quick to respond and deliver exquisite and strongly detailed work to enforce the mission is completed. Also the property manager is pretty dope.
