Moving can be vary stressful but thanks to Tania she made the process vary stress free for me and my family just moved into our in town home and we are loving it!! had a few things that needed to be fixed after move in and the next day everything that was noted was fixed great neighborhood and staff I take my hat off to them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maintenance repair
We had to have our ac unit replaced. Mr. Dandy explained the process of what was going to need to happen step by step and was on it! He did an excellent job in keeping us updated day by day and worked hard despite having to work in the 90 degree weather. Thanks Mr. Dandy for getting us taken car of, your prompt work and your great customer service!!

Great place to stay actually moved here a year ago and been loving it ever since... plus the maintenance team is great and comes whenever you need them to... dandy really takes pride in what he does I love him

Just moved in here and I LOVE it. Worked with Ceejay for almost everything and she has taken the best care of me. From making sure she fought for a discount for my townhouse to her help with the maintenance team and everything in between! I can't say enough good things about this place. It's also pretty awesome to find a place where electricity is included in the price

Just moved in here and I LOVE it. Worked with Ceejay for almost everything and she has taken the best care of me. From making sure she fought for a discount for my townhouse to her help with the maintenance team and everything in between! Joe, the maintenance person I've worked most with has been incredible and he is super responsive with fixing issues! I can't say enough good things about this place. It's also pretty awesome to find a place where electricity is included in the price
